Business Development / Commercial/Residential Property Management Sales Agent
Aloha Wilmington Commercial Property Management is a boutique, investor-owned firm focused on providing custom management solutions. They are seeking a Business Development Sales Agent to grow their commercial property management portfolio by building relationships with property owners and investors.
Responsibilities
Prospect commercial property owners and investors in the Wilmington area and beyond
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present our value proposition
Nurture long-term relationships with brokers, attorneys, lenders, and community leaders
Prepare proposals and service agreements in collaboration with leadership
Track outreach, follow-ups, and performance using CRM
Represent Aloha Wilmington at networking events and industry functions
Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead gen strategies
Qualification
Required
Proven B2B sales experience (real estate, finance, or services preferred)
Comfortable pitching in person, over the phone, and via Zoom
Highly organized, self-motivated, and hungry to close
Familiar with CRM systems
Willing to learn, execute fast, and grow with us
Preferred
A solid understanding of commercial real estate is a huge plus
