Responsibilities

Lead the development of a comprehensive change management strategy to address people-related impacts
Conduct audience readiness assessments and impact analyses across systems, policies, and processes
Adapt plans as separation activities evolve
Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to assess needs and collaborate on tailored change plans
Partner with workstreams such as Talent Development, Communications, and Organizational Culture to synchronize efforts
Oversee development and delivery of key change outputs including communications, training, and engagement activities
Ensure all deliverables are legally approved and aligned with P&C leadership and corporate communications
Project manage the change workstream, maintaining scope, timelines, and deliverables
Monitor risks and provide status updates across multiple forums
Post-Day 1, support continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and sentiment analysis
Leverage internal insights and external best practices to refine ongoing change efforts
