Required

Brings in 10-12 years of relevant experience in User Experience Strategy and Design

Experience in working with Design Thinking Framework, Design Systems and Agile design sprint frameworks

Proficiency in Prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, collaboration tools such as Miro, Mural, Confluence and Jira and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

Strong understanding of UX processes ranging from requirement gathering to providing high-fidelity wireframes

Ability to simplify complex information into clear, tangible outputs

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities
