The Donor Greeter plays a critical role in providing a positive experience for donors by greeting them, assisting with donations, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
Warmly greet donors as they arrive
Assist donors with the donation process, including answering questions and providing necessary information
Ensure the donation area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Thank donors for their contributions and provide any follow-up information as needed
Assist with the intake and processing of donations
Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient donation process
Address any donor concerns or issues promptly and professionally
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move donations as needed
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
A valid ID is required
Preferred
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
