Manage project timelines, track progress, handle capacity planning, and ensure on-time delivery of design system initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams (UX Design, Research, Engineering, Product Management) to align on goals, priorities, and deliverables
Own and facilitate communication and collaboration, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged
Identify and help resolve roadblocks to keep projects on track
Contribute to the operational success of the Design System team
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in program or project management
Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects
Solid experience working closely with UX teams on UI development
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
Direct experience working with design systems
Background or experience in UI design and/or branding
Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree
