Meticulously lay out wires, cut them to precise lengths, expertly crimp or solder contacts to meet aerospace standards, and collaborate with engineers to ensure every harness meets high-performance expectations

Celebrate accomplishments in daily team huddles, sharing successes and tackling challenges together
