Meta Platforms, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join their Finance Risk & Controls team. The role involves facilitating and overseeing the execution and delivery of SOX Change Assessment projects while managing relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables.

Responsibilities

Triage and manage intake of new SOX Change Assessment requests

Manage prioritization and roadmap of SOX Change Assessment projects

Coordinate with key stakeholders (i.e., Business, Engineering, EP Compliance, Internal Audit, External Audit, etc.) and facilitate XFN collaboration to execute SOX Change Assessments

Oversee completion of project deliverables and ensure on-time delivery

Track assessment progress through project lifecycle

Prepare periodic reporting for XFN partners and Finance/Accounting leadership

Report and escalate to R&C leadership as needed

Propose and implement improvements to R&C service delivery model

Develop, implement, and lead comprehensive training programs and awareness campaigns to promote R&C’s services and service delivery models across the organization

Drive ongoing education initiatives to ensure stakeholders understand and effectively utilize R&C offerings

Oversee the maintenance and regular update of the team’s wiki page, including curating and organizing the latest templates, resources, and documentation in collaboration with subject matter experts to enhance accessibility and clarity for all team members
