Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in OmniStudio development, including FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Lightning components
Strong Salesforce development background and familiarity with Salesforce platform best practices
Experience in designing and implementing scalable, reusable OmniStudio solutions
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively
Robust communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Preferred
Previous experience working with external consultancies or in complex project environments
Certification in Salesforce and OmniStudio
Ability to conduct technical interviews or evaluate AVAILABILITY to require specialist assessments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in Salesforce development with a focus on OmniStudio
Demonstrated success in delivering long-term Salesforce solutions in fast-paced environments
