Lead and manage capital and commercialization projects
Design, develop, and implement new or upgraded processing and packaging lines
Create and maintain engineering drawings, cost estimates, schedules, and budgets
Analyze production systems, identify constraints, and recommend improvements
Drive efficiency, quality, sustainability, and cost-reduction initiatives
Lead investigations into equipment and process failures and implement corrective actions
Support operations and maintenance with troubleshooting and technical expertise
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and engineering standards
Provide technical support during audits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
3+ years of engineering experience managing manufacturing equipment and capital projects
3+ years of experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing
Strong knowledge of processing, packaging, utilities, and production systems
AutoCAD experience required
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
