Help Desk Representative

Responsibilities
Provide technical support for cloud-based and on-premises environments
Ensure timely and effective resolution of IT-related issues
Apply IT troubleshooting methodologies, ticketing systems (JIRA, Service Now) and customer service best practices
Provide incident resolution, remote desktop support, and end-user assistance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or three (3) years of equivalent experience in IT support
Demonstrated experience in resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets, assisting with enterprise device provisioning, and maintaining IT asset tracking systems
Experience with Microsoft Windows, MacOS, and cloud-based IT support tools
Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks
US citizenship, along with the ability to successfully pass a basic background check for access to US military bases
Preferred
CompTIA Security+, ITIL Foundation Certification, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
Portuguese or Spanish language skills
Experience with government IT programs and environments
Active US Government Secret or TS/SCI clearance
