Schedule and attend client meetings to introduce our staffing services and uncover workforce needs
Partner with recruiters to understand candidate pipelines and deliver staffing solutions to clients
Assist in coordinating on-site client visits
Maintain a professional presence in the local business community as a brand ambassador
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with cold calling and in-person prospecting
A desire to succeed, meet targets, and take initiative in a sales role
Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn outside sales in a fast-paced environment
Clean DMV
Professional Presence and Demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (role requires local travel)
Microsoft Suite Experience
