Simera is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers for their products or services. The SDR will be responsible for creating a strong pipeline of opportunities, qualifying leads, and collaborating with the marketing team to improve lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities
Identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers for the company’s products or services
Creating a strong pipeline of opportunities that fuels the success of the sales team
Researching and segmenting target markets and identifying decision-makers within organizations
Using multiple outreach channels—such as cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn messaging, and social media engagement—to connect with prospects
Qualifying leads based on specific criteria, ensuring that account executives receive prospects who are ready and able to engage in meaningful sales conversations
Scheduling discovery calls, product demos, or meetings, and documenting all interactions in the company’s CRM system to maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline
Providing feedback on campaign performance and prospect insights to improve lead generation efforts
Qualification
Required
Strong pipeline of opportunities
Researching and segmenting target markets
Identifying decision-makers within organizations
Using multiple outreach channels such as cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn messaging, and social media engagement
Understanding each prospect's industry, challenges, and goals
Tailoring pitch and communicating the value proposition of the company's offerings

Handling rejection while staying motivated
Meeting or exceeding key performance metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, and conversion rates

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
