Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for analytics solutions
Translate business needs into clear data requirements and work with data engineers and analysts to ensure delivery
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
Support data governance and ensure data quality and consistency across analytics products
Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand business processes and identify areas for optimization
Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for analytics projects
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the success of analytics initiatives
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
5–7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within a data or analytics-focused environment
Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and data warehouses
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a must
Preferred
Experience with data modeling and ETL processes
Knowledge of statistical analysis or machine learning concepts
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related credentials
