Responsibilities
Develop and maintain operational, executive, and control dashboards for payment
Monitor and report KPIs across daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly intervals
Perform ad-hoc data analysis and streamline reporting processes for efficiency
Apply data mining and statistical methods to extract actionable insights
Create visualizations to communicate complex data to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Build tools such as forms, templates, macros, and logic functions to capture operational data
Integrate data from multiple sources using Power BI, SQL, APIs, and SharePoint
Collaborate with leadership and business teams to translate requirements into reporting solutions
Train and mentor team members on Power BI, SQL Server, SSIS, Power Apps, and VBA
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, etc.)
Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and developing BI reporting solutions
Advanced proficiency in: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Visio, VBA), SQL (T-SQL, stored procedures), Power BI (DAX, M queries, dashboard design), SSIS, SSRS, Power Apps
Strong experience with large data sets and data integration
Ability to work independently with creativity, innovation, and professionalism
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred
Knowledge of federal regulations (Reg E, Z, CC, J, AA, UCC Article 4, NACHA rules)
Experience with Monarch and Fidelity applications
Advanced Excel and VBA macro development
Expertise in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization
Familiarity with data mining techniques and statistical analysis
