Responsibilities
Weld metal part according to blueprints specification using TIG/MIG
Inspect materials to be welded
Set up, operate and maintain equipment
Use of hand tools
Run repetitive production parts as needed
Maintains work area
Perform other related duties or work at a different workstation as production needs require
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing
Minimum 5 years of experience in TIG and MIG welding
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to read engineering drawings and weld symbols
Ability to read blueprints and measure parts
Ability to meet productivity standards, completing work in timely manner
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs. and more

Energetic and eager to learn
Preferred
Experience in metal shop production
Experience in welding aluminum/stainless steel
Experience with Miller Welding Robot
Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
