Responsibilities
Support end-to-end hiring across departments - tech, media, creative and operations
Source, engage and nurture top talent globally through proactive headhunting and creative sourcing
Maintain ATS pipelines (BambooHR) with clean data and strong candidate visibility
Partner with the hiring to design hiring strategies for each role and market
Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
Provide market insights, salary benchmarks and competition analysis
Ensure every interaction reflects GTM’s values
Communicate transparently and promptly with candidates
Represent GTM’s culture in every conversation
Suggest optimizations to improve recruitment efficiency and quality
Track key metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, quality of hire)
Document best practices to support scaling the TA function
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment in fast-growing digital, tech or iGaming companies
Proven success hiring across media, marketing, creative, tech or iGaming functions
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions
Experience global recruiting for remote-first companies, assuring cultural and communication fit
Preferred
Familiarity with BambooHR ATS or similar systems
Understanding of talent analytics and recruitment metrics
