Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure Siebel excommunications modules to support telecom business processes (Customer Management, Order Capture, Billing, Service Activation, etc.)
Customize Siebel objects such as applets, views, business components, and business objects
Develop workflows, business services, and eScript to automate and streamline telecom operations
Integrate Siebel with external systems like billing, provisioning, mediation, and network inventory systems using EAI, Web Services, and APIs
Troubleshoot application and integration issues, and provide production support
Participate in requirement gathering and translate business needs into technical solutions
Support Siebel upgrade, patching, and performance tuning activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, and QA
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Siebel Developer
Strong expertise in Telecom CRM solutions
Experience in designing, customizing, and enhancing Siebel applications
Solid experience in Siebel excommunications or Siebel CRM for Telecom
Hands-on development and integration skills
Ability to design, develop, and configure Siebel excommunications modules
Experience customizing Siebel objects such as applets, views, business components, and business objects
Experience developing workflows, business services, and eScript
Experience integrating Siebel with external systems using EAI, Web Services, and APIs
Ability to troubleshoot application and integration issues
Experience providing production support
