Responsibilities
Operate large printers/copiers and manage complex print and copy jobs
Utilize bindery and finishing equipment, including cutters, folders, binders, and other production tools
Perform routine equipment monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and minor repairs as needed
Handle shipping and receiving duties, including checking packing slips and ensuring accurate material handling
Deliver mail and packages following established procedures and instructions
Assist with postage machines, printers, scanners, and other office equipment
Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure print/production areas are fully stocked
Work independently to complete assigned projects and meet deadlines
Provide excellent customer service to internal clients and address print/copy-related inquiries
Read and interpret technical manuals, work instructions, and equipment documentation
Safely lift/move items up to 50–55 lbs and occasionally push/pull equipment on wheels (up to 700 lbs)
Walk between buildings as required to support office and equipment needs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required
Familiarity with bindery/finishing equipment (cutters, folders, etc.) required
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
Valid driver's license and required auto insurance may be necessary, depending on site needs
Strong organization, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer relations skills
Preferred
1–2 years of related print/copy center experience strongly preferred
Basic electronics knowledge preferred
