They are seeking a Regional Application Engineering Leader who will serve as a subject matter expert on dielectric fluids and provide training and technical support to customers and manufacturers.

Responsibilities
Support the food and bioindustries business by delivering products and services to manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice companies
Serve as a subject matter expert on the use and application of FR3 fluid in transformers
Provide training and technical support to end users and transformer manufacturers
Understand mineral oil and FR3 fluid properties, as well as basic transformer design and how insulating liquids affect it
Travel up to 50% to meet customers, provide in-person training, and support commercial teams
Answer technical questions via email or video calls when not traveling
Occasionally present at industry events or write technical papers to promote products
Build strong technical relationships with customers to maintain and grow business
Identify new business opportunities and anticipate technological developments
Lead technology projects within your area of responsibility
Solve complex issues independently and escalate only the most difficult problems when necessary
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least 4 years of relevant work experience
Experience with insulating liquids in transformers
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred
Strong English communication skills; Spanish is a plus
Proven experience in project and product management
Background in distribution or power transformer design or manufacturing
Customer support experience
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
