Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and develop appropriate solutions
Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
Proven expertise in Customer Service and building strong client relationships
Experience in Account Management with the ability to oversee and grow commercial and enterprise accounts
Proficiency in CRM tools and a customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Familiarity with IT solutions, including networking and managed services
