In this leadership position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through complex technical landscapes while leading solution design and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and support in two key Microsoft tech stacks:

Microsoft 365 solutions including Identity & Access Management, Security & Compliance, Exchange Online, and Intune

Azure IaaS and Security services such as Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, Virtual Machines, Azure Files, Virtual Networks, Subnets, VPN Gateways, and Express Routes

Serve as a technical lead on Security and Compliance projects, providing strategic guidance and hands-on expertise

Conduct security assessments and implement Zero Trust Architecture methodologies for Microsoft 365 and Azure

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants

Develop and maintain technical documentation and diagrams

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend best practices

Partner with Project Managers to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables

Manage tasks and backlogs across multiple engagements

Stay current on Microsoft trends and industry best practices
