Responsibilities
Supports the interview scheduling logistics of assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to the business and providing a world class candidate experience?
Coordinates all elements of candidate interview logistics including sending meeting invites, booking rooms, organizing Video Conferencing, Teams and Dial-in details?
Develops and provides an interview agenda in a professional manner to all parties?
Maintains a clear hiring workflow by updating candidate status in applicant tracking?
Ensures an open line of communication with the Executive Recruiter that is assigned to the candidate being scheduled?
Builds and maintains strong relationships with the Executive Recruiter and Hiring teams?
Fields questions and scheduling requests, which includes maintaining an open line of communication with the Executive recruiter that is assigned to the candidate being scheduled?
Provides administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including process improvement project and other ad-hoc duties?
Other duties as assigned or requested
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator
A history of optimizing recruiting and interview scheduling processes
Experience with applicant tracking systems and interview scheduling tooling preferred, e.g. Workday ATS
Autonomous and highly organized with an incredible attention to detail and extremely professional written/verbal communication skills
Ability to rigorously prioritize and multitask and an eagerness to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the recruiting process
Independent, organized, and creative with a keen sense for 'five star service' and a high touch experience
Calm under pressure with positive, 'can do' attitude
