Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions within ServiceNow CSM and HRSD modules
Integrate ServiceNow with external enterprise systems using REST SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
Build and maintain complex workflows, subflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies
Create and enhance custom widgets and portals for customer and employee self-service experiences
Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with strong experience in both CSM and HRSD module implementations
7+ years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD)
7+ years of experience Customer Service Management
Expertise in JavaScript, Glide Scripting, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
Proven experience with REST SOAP APIs and integration best practices
Strong understanding of ServiceNow's core platform capabilities and database structure
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist in HRSD and/or CSM
Strong understanding of both Customer Service operations ITIL concepts and Human Resources processes (onboarding, case management, etc.)
