Identify new business opportunities and market segments
Lead and manage a sales team, ensuring performance goals are met
Represent EnergyLounger at trade shows, events, and demos
Build and maintain strong client relationships across your region
Drive growth through CRM systems, outreach, and partnerships
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations
Report on sales metrics and pipeline progression
Qualification
Required
USA-based and able to work in the U.S
Proven sales experience with strong negotiation and account management skills
Natural team leader who thrives on collaboration and mentorship
Trade show enthusiast – confident, engaging, and excited to represent the brand
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
CRM and sales pipeline management proficiency
Driven, self-motivated, and passionate about wellness and helping people
Preferred
Experience in wellness, healthcare, or related industries is a big plus
