Responsibilities

Manage core services including Compute Engine, GKE, VPC, Cloud IAM, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL
Oversee networking tasks such as VPC peering, Shared VPCs, firewall rules, Load Balancing, DNS, and VPN tunnels
Ensure security through IAM debugging, service account management, and applying least privilege principles
Create and manage Terraform modules, handle state management, and ensure adherence to "DRY" principles
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
Implement deployment strategies including Canary releases and Blue/Green deployment
Maintain Linux systems, with expertise in RHEL/Ubuntu/CentOS, kernel tuning, and systemd
Troubleshoot and resolve CPU/Memory/IO bottlenecks and analyze system logs
Utilize programming languages such as Python, Go (Golang), or Java

Required

7+ years of experience

Certifications in Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer or Architect, and CKA (Kubernetes Administrator)
Experience with large-scale distributed systems and microservices
Familiarity with ITIL processes, Change Advisory Board workflows, and incident management
