Responsibilities
Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court filings
Support all phases of discovery, including ESI management, document review, and privilege logs
Draft and proofread legal documents and discovery materials
Conduct legal and factual research; summarize depositions and transcripts
Assist with mediations, hearings, and trials, including exhibit and witness preparation
Coordinate with attorneys, internal teams, and external vendors
Provide on-site trial or hearing support as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification (or equivalent experience)
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, legal research tools, document management systems, Relativity, and trial presentation software
Flexibility to work overtime during peak litigation and trial periods
