CRISP & GREEN® is seeking a Brand Engagement Specialist to enhance their brand presence across digital channels and community touchpoints. This role focuses on customer communications, community engagement, and the execution of brand campaigns, requiring strong organizational skills and collaboration with internal teams and partners.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of email and in-app communications for the brand

Lead website management for the brand

Monitor and engage with customers across digital touchpoints including our customer service ticketing system, customer facing, loyalty account support, social media channels, etc

Identify trends, feedback, or issues within the community and escalate appropriately

Support the execution of brand, seasonal, and product-driven campaigns across channels

Support testing and optimization efforts for campaigns as needed

Assist with the planning and execution of brand events, new restaurant openings, and local activations as needed

Support evolving priorities and special projects across the marketing organization
