Responsibilities
Responsible for the cleaning, trash pick-up, and general repairs of the property’s buildings to include but not limited to the interior, exterior, and grounds of the community as outlined by the American Campus BOSS program and other ACC policies and procedures
Participate in execution of regular Turns, Move-Ins, and Move-Outs as directed and/or assigned by the Maintenance Manager and/or Operations Manager
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3-6 months of related experience and/or training
The ability to understand and follow all safety protocols including understanding MSDS on use of chemicals
