Required

Solid foundation in Finance, including assessing financial documents and analyzing creditworthiness
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships and engage with a team
Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage tasks effectively both onsite and remotely
Relevant licenses for mortgage loan origination mandatory
