Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Managing project schedules
Coordinating logistics
Supervising inspections
Working closely with team leads and contractors
Ensuring compliance with safety standards
Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
Identifying potential challenges and providing solutions to ensure successful project outcomes
Qualification
Required
Experience in Project Management, including overseeing all phases of construction projects and ensuring timely deliverables
Proficiency in Expediting and serving as an Expeditor to ensure materials and resources are delivered efficiently
Skills in Inspection and ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
Demonstrated expertise in Logistics Management, including supply chain coordination and procurement planning
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative team environment
Preferred
Experience with project management software and tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
