Responsibilities

Gain exposure to a number of disciplines within investment banking

Sharpen financial analysis skills

Develop an understanding of corporate markets and clients

Gain experience in corporate finance and with investment banking products through on-the-job training

Support internal and external clients

Play a meaningful role in new business development, due diligence, and transaction execution

Identify and evaluate opportunities and present to prospective clients

Facilitate the creation or review of in-depth financial models involved in transactions

Draft internal and external documents and marketing materials utilized in transactions

Execute transactions and work with clients, attorneys, investors, interested parties and other senior professionals
