Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new leads within both English and Spanish-speaking business communities through various channels
Conduct engaging and persuasive B2B sales presentations fluently in both English and Spanish
Analyze merchant statements to provide clear and compelling cost-saving solutions
Negotiate and close sales agreements with a diverse clientele
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and exceptional service
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Qualification
Required
Complete fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is preferred. (Other language Bilingual candidates will be considered as long as English is one of the languages)
Minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both languages
A high level of self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently
Cultural competency and experience working with diverse business communities
Preferred
A proven track record of success in a commission-only sales role is highly preferred
Experience in the merchant services or fintech industry is a plus
