Connecting with business owners, CFOs, and HR leaders to advise and advocate for the FICA Boost program
Identify opportunities for tax savings
Communicate the benefits of the program
Provide consultative support
Ensure a smooth implementation process
Participating in meetings
Addressing client inquiries
Building enduring partnerships to foster long-term success
Qualification
Required
Strong background in Consulting and Management Consulting
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Competence in Analytical Skills and Finance
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Preferred
Familiarity with tax regulations or employee benefit programs is a plus
Previous experience in a client-facing or advisory role is advantageous
