Responsibilities
Stack Nomex, Kevlar and Fiber Glass blocks using a caul sheet and stalking bar
Set up sheeter stacker machine
Loads required paper per work order
Run block based on work order required, number plies and length
Inspect sheets for fold overs, contamination or any other foreign objects
Fill out shop planner with date and time of when blocks started and finished and signs it off
Record labor transactions in SAP
Make aluminum pin plies
Apply and practice 5S concept to maintain a safe and clean work environment
Must be available to work any shift, over-time and weekends
Other duties may be assigned dependent on TGC business requirements
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Must be able to speak, read and write English well
Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 lbs
