Responsibilities

Responsible for key account development and maintenance , establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships
Develop and execute key account sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs, providing personalized product solutions and after-sales support
Collect market intelligence, analyze competitor activities, and provide recommendations for the company's product and market strategies
Participate in business negotiations, finalize sales contracts, and monitor contract execution

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in Polymer Science, Materials, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of independently managing key accounts with decision-making authority/significant influence
Must have led at least one project from inception (0-1) to successful implementation
Proactive, passionate, with strong achievement motivation and desire for success, and high resilience under pressure
Excellent relationship development and establishment skills
