Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support enterprise VoIP and Unified Communications environments

Administer Cisco voice platforms including CUCM, Expressway, Unity, UCCX/ACD, and Cisco Emergency Responder (CER)

Support Microsoft Teams Phone System (dial plans, call routing, voicemail)

Own operational support platform (Pronto dialers, servers, IVR, web surveys)

Monitor and resolve voice and survey issues using tools such as RTMT, Wireshark, and Netscout

Partner with network teams to ensure LAN/WAN integration and QoS for voice traffic

Install, configure, and support Windows Server environments

Maintain system documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures

Work with vendors and service providers to manage escalations and performance
