Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a growing billing team (2 team members now; hiring 2–3 additional staff)

Build, track, and refine billing KPIs to support operational performance

Oversee day-to-day billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing

Review dashboards, reconciliations, and audit documents for accuracy and compliance

Enhance and standardize processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and IT on workflow improvements

Manage both manual tasks and automation efforts as the team evolves

Support month-end close activities and ensure billing alignment with revenue processes

Provide training, coaching, and development for new and existing team members
