Responsibilities
Learn and apply our established systems, workflows, and offerings
Speak with prospective clients who have requested information
Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom
Guide clients through their options with clarity and confidence
Work closely with leadership and team members to ensure a smooth client experience
Hit performance milestones that unlock higher income and advancement
Maintain compliance with state and licensing guidelines
Attend ongoing virtual trainings and team meetings
Build and maintain a long-term client portfolio using a mix of company-provided and personal referrals
Help households secure solutions that fit their goals and circumstances
Build long-term client relationships using company-provided and self-generated leads
Qualification
Required
Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and virtual meeting tools
Strong communication skills with attention to detail
Self-directed, coachable, and driven to improve
Professional, confident presence on calls and video meetings
Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Ability to successfully complete a background check
Reliable computer, phone, and internet access
Active Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one quickly (support provided)
Availability to accommodate client schedules, including some evenings or weekends
Preferred
Previous experience in sales, customer support, or a related field is helpful but not required
