Product Marketing Lead

The Product Marketing Lead will own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for tax technology products, working closely with Product Management and Sales to create compelling narratives and enable commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and iterate clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for each product line and segment
Turn complex tax and regulatory concepts into compelling value propositions tailored to specific buyer personas
Partner with Product and Revenue teams to plan and execute new product launches and feature releases
Own launch readiness, internal enablement, external communications, and performance tracking
Equip the sales and customer success teams with pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, objection handling, and competitive insights
Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and customer feedback to inform messaging, positioning, and product strategy
Conduct customer interviews and collaborate with research and insights functions
Collaborate with content marketing and demand generation to produce product-led content such as webinars, webpages/blogs, and social media

Required

7+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in SaaS, fintech, tax, or developer platforms
Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills
Experience with go-to-market for technical products and/or regulated industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Familiarity with marketing to technical and non-technical personas, including finance, tax, operations, and engineering
Experience working in a scale-up or in cross-regional/global contexts

Preferred

An eye for visual design to create and/or feedback on highly visual product collateral (e.g. decks, 1-pagers, etc.)
