Responsibilities
Develop and maintain reusable, performant UI components using React
Implement responsive, accessible user interfaces aligned with design standards
Collaborate with frontend architects to implement defined architecture patterns and best practices
Integrate frontend components with back-end APIs and services
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
Troubleshoot and resolve frontend defects and performance issues
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
Qualification
Required
6–7+ years of hands-on React development experience
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
Experience building component-based architectures and shared UI libraries
Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
Solid understanding of state management (e.g., Redux, Context API, or equivalent)
Experience with modern frontend tooling and workflows
Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality
Preferred
Experience with TypeScript
Familiarity with SSR frameworks (e.g., Next.js)
Experience working in micro-fronted or modular frontend architecture
Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and frontend performance optimization
Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles
