Responsibilities
The Network Operation team is responsible for the operations and maintenance of global network infrastructure, data centers, and network hubs/colos, manufacturing plants, office buildings, etc
Five years of hands-on experience in design and operation of Cisco LAN / WAN / Wireless services in a large enterprise environment
Sounds like understanding of Cisco infrastructure architecture (Network, Storage and hosting)
Tier -2/3 Thought experience in Network Operation Center (NOC) Environment
Advanced level troubleshooting skills in Cisco routers, switches, wireless, SD WAN and SD-access
Problem solver mindset with a passion for learning new technologies-Skilled in grasping the big picture, conceptualizing, developing, implementing solutions and partnering closely with the business leaders and IT business towers
Experience managing large global network infrastructure projects
Strong communications skills- comfortable leading troubleshooting bridges with customers and vendors
Strong team player with multitasking skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong documentation skills to develop knowledge- based article for the adoption of new technologies in NetOPS
Super plus - Iaas, Cording., scripting (APIs, Python, Go etc.)

Required
