Required

2-5+ years of litigation experience in Labor & Employment
Plaintiffs or Defense experience
Ability to manage a case from beginning to end
Experience in having taken depositions
Wage and hour experience
Class action experience (a plus)
FEHA and PAGA experience
Employment discrimination experience
Wrongful termination cases experience in California state and federal courts
Strong writing skills
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude
Enthusiasm for law
