Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent, required
Four years operations experience with supervisory responsibilities, required
Working knowledge of correct spelling and grammar, accounting and bookkeeping, office practices and procedures
Working knowledge of time and attendance and computerized information systems
Analytical skills to assess develop and implement operational practices
Supervisory and managerial skills required to plan and assign work, resolve problems, and monitor and evaluate staff
Effective communication and interpersonal skills required for internal and external contacts
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, preferred
Experience in a health care environment, preferred
