Develop and validate ATE test programs for semiconductor devices
Perform device characterization, correlation, and yield analysis
Debug test failures and collaborate with design, product, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues
Optimize test programs for cycle time and cost efficiency
Support new product introduction (NPI) and qualification activities
Document test procedures and maintain version control for test programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
0 - 3 years of related work experience
Basic understanding of semiconductor devices and test methodologies
Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred
Knowledge of ATE platforms (e.g., Teradyne, Cohu Dmdx, Fusion) is a plus
