Responsibilities
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
Develop process maps, functional specifications, and use cases
Support Agile backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story development
Ensure traceability between business requirements and delivered technical solutions
Collaborate with developers, testers, and program teams to validate requirements
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability clearance, as required by federal contract
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in business or requirements analysis
Strong skills in process mapping, requirements documentation, and stakeholder communication
Preferred
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence preferred
