Senior Paid Social Strategist
Jiffy is a rapidly evolving e-commerce company seeking a Senior Paid Social Strategist to drive growth through paid social strategies. The role involves managing budgets, analyzing performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer acquisition and brand awareness.

Responsibilities
Own paid social budgets, forecasting, and pacing across channels and business lines, ensuring targets are met for blended CAC/MER, contribution margin, and payback
Build and maintain a measurement framework across platforms (pixel/CAPI, UTMs, offline conversions), and partner with analytics to ensure attribution quality
Lead incrementality and lift testing (holdouts/geo tests), and use results to guide channel mix and scaling decisions
Create and run a creative performance system: concept pipeline, testing roadmap, fatigue monitoring, refresh cadence, and a creative scorecard tied to efficiency
Identify and launch new paid social opportunities (e.g., creator whitelisting/Spark Ads, new platforms), with clear test plans and scale thresholds
Partner with web/CRO to improve landing-page conversion and ad-to-site experience, running structured experiments to raise CVR and lower CAC
Establish operational excellence: QA, naming conventions, governance, weekly performance reviews, and vendor/agency management where needed
Analyze performance using platform data, delivering clear insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and ROAS
Own reporting and KPI tracking, identifying trends and opportunities across channels
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, merchandising, analytics, and lifecycle teams to align paid social with broader business goals
Qualification
Required
3-6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns for an eCommerce or consumer brand (in-house or agency)
Proven track record of managing and scaling paid social budgets with a focus on performance and efficiency
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret reports using Excel (intermediate or higher)
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, plus at least one additional platform (TikTok, YouTube, or Pinterest)
Experience planning, testing, and scaling performance-driven paid social campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain both data insights and creative decisions
Experience managing tracking implementations (Meta pixel + CAPI, TikTok pixel/events) or partnering closely with engineering to do so
Experience with account structure at scale (catalog/DPA, Advantage+, broad vs LAL strategy, exclusions)
Comfort with creative briefing and performance feedback loops (UGC, short-form video)
Preferred
Experience working with creator-, SMB-, or prosumer-focused brands
Strong creative instincts, particularly for short-form video and UGC-style content
Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-ownership startup or scale-up environments
Familiarity with full-funnel measurement, incrementality concepts, and blended CAC
Builder mentality with a desire to take ownership, experiment, and drive impact
