Responsibilities
Define and execute an enterprise platform strategy across application development, analytics, planning/forecasting, and low-code platforms
Lead, develop, and retain platform leaders and managers within a medium-to-large enterprise technology organization
Establish architecture standards, governance models, and DevSecOps practices that ensure security, reliability, and scalability
Oversee platform operations, release management, reliability, incident response, and disaster recovery
Partner with senior business and technology leaders to align platform capabilities with business outcomes
Manage platform roadmaps, budgets, vendors, and external delivery partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business field
12+ years of experience in enterprise platforms and/or application development
7+ years of leadership experience managing large, distributed (remote), or multi-layered teams and platform budgets
Demonstrated experience leading organizations of significant size and complexity, including managers and senior-level contributors
Proven history of employment stability, with the majority of leadership roles held for two or more years, reflecting sustained ownership and long-term impact
Strong background in DevOps/DevSecOps, platform governance, and production operations
Experience managing vendors, partners, and contractual deliverables
Deep experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Power BI, and modern analytics platforms
Experience with enterprise planning/forecasting or supply chain platforms
Track record of building governance models that scale innovation while maintaining control
