Responsibilities

Be the go-to for invoicing and lead monthly revenue recognition reconciliations

Keep accounts receivable on point—managing aging reports, credits, collections, and customer communication

Oversee accounts payable, ensuring vendors are set up, approved, documented, and weekly AP batches are on time

Manage daily cash posting and monthly bank reconciliations

Review, code, and reconcile corporate credit card activity

Own the month-end close process, including general ledger maintenance and balance sheet reconciliations

Identify and execute process improvements and automation opportunities

Document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

Play a key role in system implementations or optimizations (e.g. ERP, billing, or expense tools)

Support annual financial audits
