Summer Intern, Knowledge Management
The Rockefeller Foundation is seeking a Knowledge Management Intern to join the Information & Knowledge Management team. This internship offers students hands-on experience in knowledge management practices, where they will collaborate with teams to improve organizational information accessibility and contribute to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities
Organize, maintain, and improve internal knowledge repositories and support document lifecycle management
Assist with content migration from legacy platforms (e.g., Box) to SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and usability
Support the creation and delivery of learning materials and training sessions for knowledge management initiatives
Contribute to bi-weekly organizational communications and change management content for the Intranet
Participate in special projects and provide general administrative and project coordination support
Collaborate with teams to support internal events and senior leadership forums
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in information science, library science, knowledge management, business administration, or a related discipline
Interest in information and knowledge management, change management, and internal communications
Strong writing and communication skills; able to research and summarize new topics
Basic organizational and project coordination skills; able to manage tasks and deadlines with guidance
Collaborative and open to feedback; comfortable working in a team setting
Proactive skillset and willingness to learn new tools and adapt to changing priorities
Open to undergraduate or graduate students currently enrolled in an accredited program
Work authorization in the United States is required
