Responsibilities
Deploy Workflow Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of device ecosystems, including remote monitoring and field service operations
Identify Market-Ready Use Cases: Prioritize opportunities based on customer demand, regulatory considerations, and clinical risk
Design Agent Behaviors: Convert device IFUs and troubleshooting scripts into predictable, safe, and compliant conversation flows
Incorporate Telemetry Data: Partner with stakeholders to integrate device signals and alerts into agent escalation pathways
Iterate with Customers: Engage directly with manufacturers and clinical leaders to refine companion offerings based on real-world feedback
Qualification
Required
10–13 years of experience in medical devices, digital health, or healthcare technology
Direct exposure to device commercialization, patient support, or post-market operations
Strong understanding of how patients and clinicians interact with complex medical hardware in real-world settings
Ability to work cross-functionally across clinical, regulatory, and engineering teams
Comfort operating in safety-critical environments with high accountability for patient outcomes
Preferred
Experience working with implantable, durable, or life-sustaining medical devices
Familiarity with FDA-regulated environments, including post-market surveillance and complaint handling
Background in launching digital companions, remote monitoring (RPM) programs, or AI platforms
Experience in GM-like roles scaling a product line from pilot to market
